Worldwide tracked shipping from Slovakia (EU) via DPD, Slovak post (Slovenska posta) or other courier companies, however Packeta offers cheaper shipping rates-get in touch if interested as new countries are being added regularly.
Please allow up to 3 working days to have your order shipped if not stated otherwise. All parcels are shipped tracked.

Returns & Exchanges
Mostly everything in our repertoire is made to order only (this is to avoid extra unwanted stock as we only use limited materials and want to make the most out of it) and on these items we do not offer exchange/refunds. We are always here to help and answer all your questions and offer complimentary online styling/personal shopping appoitments. We can not be accountable if you selected wrong item/gace us wrong measurements. We not accept returns further on samples, pre-loved, personalised or customised items. This is also relevant to occasional promotions or sales.
We are not responsible for customs fees and duties however are always here to help locate your parcel through tracking number. We can not be responsible paying these charges.
