Timeless and classic pencil skirt made from fine jacquard, high waisted scalloped hem and embelished with red velvet quilted rose pocket. Dedicated and named after Isabella Blow. Made from jacquard and embelished with vibrant red rose velvet pocket. Washing machine friendly, just add dyeing paper and only wash on delicate programme. Fabric is not stretchy, comes true to size.
